Data-Driven Digital Marketing Strategy for a Dallas-Based Hospitality Firm


In this consulting project, I spearheaded a comprehensive approach to increase customer acquisition for a Dallas-based hospitality firm. At the project's core was a robust, data-driven analysis that involved an in-depth review of the firm's web analytics and financial data.


My analysis started with a thorough market research initiative that included web analytics audit and competition analysis. The goal was to understand the broader market dynamics, competitive landscape, and the firm's current online performance.

Simultaneously, I examined the firm's financial data, dissecting various aspects like cash flow, membership numbers, and cost structures. This analysis provided an intricate understanding of the company's financial health and helped identify areas of potential improvement and expansion.


Using insights derived from these analyses, I was able to provide strategic recommendations to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The multi-pronged strategy included:

  1. The introduction of new pricing models: Designed to attract new members, retain existing ones, and increase overall cash flow.

  2. The implementation of content and event marketing strategies: Aimed at strengthening brand positioning and fostering engagement.

  3. The application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO): To maximize online visibility and organically attract more potential customers.

  4. The restructuring and optimization of the firm's website: To ensure an intuitive user interface, seamless navigation, and higher conversion rates.

  5. The utilization of Google Analytics and Google AdWords: To monitor, analyze, and continually optimize the company's digital presence.

  6. An improvement plan for the customer experience across all touch points: A comprehensive strategy to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business.

This integrated and data-informed approach not only provided a roadmap for the firm to enhance its digital presence, but also offered a sustainable model for customer acquisition and business growth.
